Data collected
Through the form: name, company, email address, asset type and any information you choose to provide about your enquiry.
During an engagement: client identification data, information relating to the asset and documents required to provide the agreed services.
Purposes
To respond to your enquiry, assess whether an engagement may be appropriate, provide agreed services and meet CONCRETE AM’s administrative, accounting and legal obligations.
Legal bases
Contact enquiries are processed on the basis of CONCRETE AM’s legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries. Data required for an engagement is processed for performance of the contract and compliance with applicable legal obligations.
Recipients
Data is processed by CONCRETE AM. Formspree acts as the technical processor for the contact form. Service providers required for hosting, email, accounting or compliance with a legal obligation may also receive only the data necessary for their role.
Retention
An enquiry that does not lead to an engagement is retained for no more than 12 months from the last exchange. Data required to perform an engagement is retained during the contractual relationship and then archived for 5 years after it ends where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Accounting books and records, including invoices, are retained for 10 years from the end of the relevant financial year. Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised.
Transfers outside the European Union
The form uses Formspree, whose infrastructure is hosted in the United States. Formspree states that it acts as a processor and relies on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for relevant transfers. Further information is available on Formspree’s security page.
Security
CONCRETE AM implements technical and organisational measures proportionate to the nature of the data processed. The website is hosted by OVH in France; data submitted through the form also follows Formspree’s technical processing described above.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests by emailing fxgabelle@concrete-am.fr. If you believe your rights have not been respected after contacting us, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Required fields
Fields marked as required are necessary for CONCRETE AM to respond effectively. Without them, the enquiry may not be processed.

This website uses no advertising or audience-measurement cookies. Strictly necessary technical elements may be used without any commercial tracking purpose.
